Introduction
Haerbin is a frozen winter wonderland. Located in the northernmost province of China, Heilongjian, it hosts a world-famous annual ice-sculpture competition. Often referred to as the "Moscow of the East" it has a rich and interesting history. It is also the location of the Siberian Tiger Park, a breeding and research facility for the rare Siberian Tiger.
